We haven’t conducted a house clearance to date that we’ve not managed to provide funds to our Clients from the sale of their items.

Every property contains items of value and we draw upon our knowledge and experience as Auctioneers to identify them.

We auction any saleable items from the clearance process and pay 90% of the hammer price they achieve back to the Client’s estate.

Our fee for clearance is very competitive and our team are courteous and respectful of the belongings they handle. They are quick and efficient and will remove items without causing damage to walls, paintwork etc., as standard we hoover any carpets and sweep the property through once empty.

We have a responsible attitude to recycling and to the environment and currently recycle around 94% of any non-saleable contents whenever and wherever possible. Land fill sites are used as a last resort when items are unsuitable for recycling.
