Being a self confessed foodie, it was quite a treat to conduct a clearance for Celebrity TV Chef Sophie Grigson. It’s fair to say that Sophie was one of the personalities that inspired me when growing up. Fond memories, not sure that Mum was too impressed with the state of the kitchen afterwards however!
