Internet bidding has transformed traditional auctions by enabling bidders to participate in real time from anywhere in the world right from the palm of their hand. Combining this phenomenon with the need to adhere to Government social distancing measures during Covid -19 we have decided to bring our clients the safer option of bidding online via the easyLive Auction platform. In addition we accept Commission / Absentee bids if you are unable to bid at the time of the event and accept telephone bids by prior arrangement.

Registering to Bid
All first time buyers need to register with us, the process is free and straightforward. Once registered you will receive a unique bidding number to use at all of our future sales. To register simply follow this link which will take you to easyLive auction.

Commission / Absentee Bidding
If you are unable to participate in the live internet auction and would like to leave a commission bid, simply use the contact form or call us on 01386 300733.

In addition you can leave an Autobid with easyLive Auction which acts similar to a commission / absentee bid

Telephone Bidding
For those unable to attend the auction in person, we are very happy to offer a free telephone bidding service, enabling you participate live. This can be arranged by contacting us prior to the auction.

How telephone bidding works: A few lots prior to your potential lot going under the hammer, a member of our team will telephone you and bid on your behalf, relaying your bids to the auctioneer. Please note bid amounts do not include Buyer’s Premium.

Viewing Auction Lots
Covid update – We normally offer clients the facility view lots in person the day before the sale between 11am – 6pm at Unit 8 Blackminster Business Park, Evesham. WR11 7RE. However, due to the current restrictions we are unable to do this and ask you to view our online catalogue at easyLive Auction and/or make use of our free condition report service to answer any queries.

Condition Reports
We are happy to provide condition reports on any lot in forthcoming auctions sent via email. This is a free service and we urge all prospective bidders who are unable to inspect items in person to make use of this. Please note our catalogue descriptions do not make any reference to the condition of the item(s), and all weights and measures given in the catalogue should be regarded as approximate. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The hammer price is the amount achieved at the fall of the gavel (hammer) plus a Buyer’s Premium of 15%. In addition to the hammer price there is a 3% surcharge plus VAT when bidding via easyLive. Alternatively you can pay a £3 flat fee for the entire auction with no further internet fees to pay.

Payment must be received in full by the Wednesday following the auction. Our preferred payment method is by debit card either over the telephone or via the easyLive auction platform. Please note that title for goods will not transfer to the buyer until payment has been received in full,

We offer contact less collection by (appointment only) on the Monday and Tuesday following the sale between 10am – 4pm at Unit 8 Blackminster Business Park, Evesham, WR11 7RE. We respectfully request buyers to arrange collection of all purchases within 7 days following the auction. Uncollected items after this period will be subject to a storage fee of £5 per lot per week.

Postage and Shipping
We provide an in-house post and packaging service at an additional cost, please ask for prices and availability. Buyers are welcome to organise their own couriers, whilst we do not provide any recommendations many of our clients have previously used Mailboxes Etc., and Jentel.
